    Original design intention

    We have combined many advanced technologies and materials:

    First of all, the appearance looks strong and the texture is excellent. The base frame is made of 2020 aluminum profile, which ensures the firmness while minimizing its own weight. At the same time, the aluminum frame forms a shield to shield interference and prevent arc damage to the product circuit


    In the circuit, we use an integrated full bridge design, using Japanese IGBT modules, with 4500uf large capacitors and i0oa rectifier bridge, integrating these on a heat sink, minimizing the power part of the circuit as much as possible, reducing the loss of the circuit itself . The capacitor adopts 4 Tesla dedicated high-voltage resonant capacitors, 2 in series and 2 in parallel to ensure the withstand voltage and increase the overcurrent capacity.


    Finally, our exclusive drive technology, the drive board has an overcurrent protection function to prevent damage to the module. And upgraded the latest phase-shift compensation function to reduce the signal delay and protect the module as much as possible.     Matters needing attention


    ★The product is a high-voltage electrical product and requires a certain amount of common sense of safe electricity use. Do not operate and connect as required


    ★The safety distance is 2m. When using leaves, there should be no combustibles and people around, as well as various sophisticated electronic equipment to prevent damage to high-voltage electric fields.


    ★The coil is fragile, do not hit hard, it may cause the coil to disconnect.


    ★The copper pipe will oxidize and turn black in the air for a long time, which is normal and does not affect the use.


    Use method


    ◆First take out the ground wire, connect the screw near the primary coil on the base of the product to one end of the ground wire, and then connect the other end of the ground wire to the conductor that is in contact with the earth.


    ◆Place the discharge needle of the product on the equalizing ring, and the discharge needle can be extended by 5-15cm


    ◆Connect the two ends of the optical fiber to the drive module on the main body, turn on the switch close to the optical fiber on the arc extinguisher, turn the potentiometer, and watch the light change. There are three knobs on the front and one rising off, respectively: 1. Interval time knob, 2. .. Discharge time knob, 3 mode up and off, 4. Pulse width knob, turn the right pulse width knob counterclockwise to the lowest, then turn off the arc extinguishing.
