Product Advantage
Applicable place
It can be widely used in fans, water pumps, belt conveyors, ball mills, compressors, compressors and other loads. It is an ideal replacement product for auto-coupling step-down, magnetic control step-down, inverter and other step-down starting equipment, safe and reliable.
Suitable for single-phase, two-phase dual live wire 220-380V compatible: 50-60HZ

Single-phase motor soft start module
Voltage compatibility: single-phase 220VAC, two-phase 380VAc frequency: 50-60Hz
The soft start time is adjustable from 0-30 seconds (soft start time refers to the whole process 0-220V, 0-380V)
The initial voltage is adjustable from 0-50% to the rated voltage (220-380V)
There are two ways to use
1. When the switch is closed, the main power supply is energized and the soft start starts.
2. Use the switch to control, close soft start to start, open stop
The soft start module now has 2 programs:
1. SSR-40WA-R1 has soft start without soft stop
2. SSR-40WA-R2 has soft start and soft stop (start at as many V stop)
Note:
1. No voltage can be applied to the switch
2. No requirement to default R1
3. Please use this module with a heat sink
Purpose: Soft start of water pump, fan, navigation vehicle, ordinary single-phase motor, replace adjustable autotransformer, soft start of frequency converter, etc. The line is super simple and does not need to be connected to the side contactor, economical and practical, and powerful.
Selection and specifications
Model has
Aluminum bottom: SSR-20WA-R (0.75KW), SSR-40WA-R (1.5KW)
Copper bottom: SSR-60WA-R (2.2KW), SSR-100A-R (4KW)
SSR-150WA-R (6KW), SSR-200A-R (8KW)
When the starting potentiometer is adjusted to half, it starts at 200V,
The longest time of the soft potentiometer is 30 seconds corresponding to the full range of 380V
For example: when fully adjusted to the minimum: starting voltage 0V soft start 0 seconds (0 seconds is not recommended)
Power supply 220V: when fully adjusted to half, the initial 55V soft start time is about 22 seconds
Power supply 380V: when fully adjusted to half, the initial 95V soft start time is about 22 seconds
Power supply 220V: When fully adjusted to the maximum, the initial voltage from 110V to 220V takes 15 seconds
Power supply 380V: When fully adjusted to the maximum, the starting voltage from 190V to 380V takes 15 seconds
General recommendation for selection margin: SSR-60WA-R for 2.2KW

Solid State Relay Products Selection Cautions:
1. When selecting products, different allowances should be left on the current grade depending on the nature of the load. (For resistive load, load current can be selected by 2-3 times; for inductive or capacitive load, load current can be selected by 3-5 times; motor can be selected by more than 5 times.)
2. According to the relationship between load current and ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the cooling condition is not good. The current capacity should be increased. In order to prevent short-circuit of the load during use, it is required to connect the corresponding quick-break switch or fast-fuse in the load circuit in series with the product.
3. When the inductive load is applied, the pressure sensitive resistor should be connected to the transmission trunk side by side to prevent damage to the thyristor during overvoltage. Selection of varistor (M0V): 430-470V for 240V and 680-750V for 440V.
4. During installation, it is required that the surface between the radiator and the contact surface of the product be flat and clean, and evenly coated with a layer of heat conducting silicone, and finally the screws with flat washer and spring washer are tightened and fixed symmetrically.
5. When the solid state relay is down for the first time, tighten the fixing screw while it still has the remaining temperature so that the solid state relay soleplate and the radiator surface can contact closely to achieve the ideal cooling effect.
6. The nominal current of different types of solid state relays is the nominal current at 40℃, so heat dissipation should be sufficient!
