Principle:
The display value (Y) of the header is actually the process of linear conversion between the AD sampling (X) value and the display value (Y).
The table header is calculated according to the formula: y=k*x + b.
Two points are needed to determine k, b. These two points are (zero AD, zero display ZERO), (full scale AD, full scale display FULL).
Therefore, the use of the meter header is divided into two steps: one is calibration, and the other is display setting
The first step: the calibration of the meter head is to save "zero AD" and "full scale AD".
Taking the 4mA-20mA meter head as an example, the calibration method is as follows:
1: The meter head is connected to 20.000mA (4mA) stable current, press S1+S2 keys at the same time to enter the main menu.
2: Press the S1 key, "20NA" ("4NA") appears, and then press the S1+S2 key at the same time to enter the calibration menu.
3: Enter the password "<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />1234", and press the S1+S2 keys at the same time.
4: The LED display value is one-sixteenth of the current AD sampling value. When the display is very stable, press S1+S2 keys at the same time to save the 20mA (4mA) AD value and exit the calibration menu.
5: 20.000mA corresponds to the "20NA" menu; 4mA corresponds to the "4NA" menu.
Step 2: The display settings are to save "ZERO display at zero" and "FULL display at full scale".
For example: 4mA shows -50.0, 20mA shows 150.0
1: The meter head is connected to 20.000mA stable current, press S1+S2 keys at the same time to enter the main menu.
2: Press the S1 key, "ZERO" ("FULL") appears, and then press the S1+S2 key at the same time to enter the setting menu.
3: Press the S1 and S2 keys (the digit to be set is flashing) to set the value to "-50.0" ("150.0"), then press S1+S2 at the same time to save and exit the setting menu.
4: "ZERO display at zero" corresponds to "ZERO" menu; "Full scale display FULL" corresponds to "FULL" menu.
The first step has been calibrated at the factory, and the second step needs to be set by the user. By default, 4 and 20 are displayed, which is the current value.
