1 Overview
Main features
Temperature acquisition module based on RS485 interface and Modbus protocol.
Power supply, acquisition, communication three-terminal isolation, standard MODUUS RTU protocol. All input interfaces have overvoltage protection.
Support PT, Cu, NI temperature sensor two-wire, three-wire connection. The three-wire connection method (the resistance of the three leads is the same) can completely eliminate the error caused by the lead resistance.
The sensor head leads can be up to 150 meters without affecting the measurement data.
The temperature calculation is completed inside the module, and the temperature value can be directly read in degrees Celsius.
Measuring range: PT type sensor: temperature -180℃~+650℃, resolution 0.1℃;
CU10050: -50℃~+150℃; NI1000: -60℃~+250℃
The accuracy can reach 0.25°C in the range of -20°C to +150°C. The accuracy of other temperature ranges is better than 0.5℃.
Power supply: DC 8-30V.
It adopts standard 35mm rail installation method.

The module can be equipped with a 128*64 OLED display module to display the current channel value. Refreshes 2 times per second.
The first line of the screen displays the current communication parameters, address, baud rate, parity, etc.

2 Common product model pictures and interfaces

Power supply V+: DC power positive pole
Power GND: DC power negative Power GND and signal GND are completely isolated.
GND: Sensor common terminal and analog-common terminal. AIN(n): Analog + input terminal.
Three-wire connection:
RTD(n)+: sensor power supply terminal, about 0.5mA output.
RTD(n)-: Sensor measurement input.
GND: Sensor common terminal.
Two-wire connection:
RTD(n)+: sensor power supply terminal + measurement input terminal, about 0.5mA output.
RTD(n)-: need to be shorted to GND.
GND: The other end of the sensor.
