Type selection: 10A for below 1KW, 20A for below 2KW, 40A for 3-4KW, 60A for 5-6KW, 80A for 7-8KW, 10-11KW uses 100A, 12-15KW uses 150A, 20KW uses 200A, the greater the motor power, the larger the heat sink, this product is used in most occasions, only few places where the motor is not suitable.

    Three-phase motor soft start module:

    The soft start time is adjustable for 30 seconds (the time rise refers to 0-380V).

    The initial voltage is adjustable from 150-250V to the rated voltage (380V)

    There are two ways to use:

    1. When the switch is closed, the main power supply is energized and the soft start starts

    2. Use the switch to control, close soft start to start, open stop

    The soft start module now has three programs

    1. TSR-40WA-R1 has soft start without soft stop

    2. TSR-40WA-R2 has soft start and soft stop (start at as many V stop)

    3. TSR-40WA-R3 has soft start and soft stop (soft stop to 0)

    Note: 1. No voltage can be applied to the switch

    2. No requirement to default R1

    3. Please use this module with a heat sink

    Uses: water pump, fan, navigation vehicle, ordinary motor soft start, replace the soft start of the frequency converter, replace the star/delta soft start, etc. The wiring is super simple, no bypass contactor is required, and the function is powerful.

    Selection and specifications

    Models are: 1KW, 2KW, 4KW, 6KW, 8KW, 10KW, 12KW, 15KW, 20KW

    Aluminum Base: TSR-10WA-R, TSR-20WA-R, TSR-40WA-R

    Copper Base: TSR-40WA-R, TSR-60WA-R, TSR-80WA-R, TSR-100WA-R, TSR-120WA-R, TSR-150WA-R, TSR-200WA-R

    When the starting potentiometer is adjusted to half, it starts at 200V,

    The longest time of the soft potentiometer is 30 seconds corresponding to the full range 380V,

    For example: when fully adjusted to the minimum: the starting voltage of 150V takes 0 seconds

    When fully adjusted to half: start at 200V, soft start time is about 7 seconds

    When fully adjusted to the maximum: starting voltage 250V to 380V takes 10 seconds

    The selection margin is generally recommended: TSR-10WA-R for 1KW, TSR-80WA-R for 8KW motors.

    Radiator recommendation: radiator S1 for below 4KW, radiator S1+F80 for below 8KW,

    Radiator DS1+F90 for use below 12KW, radiator S2-120+F120 for use below 20KW.


    Solid State Relay Products Selection Cautions:

    1. When selecting products, different allowances should be left on the current grade depending on the nature of the load. (For resistive load, load current can be selected by 2-3 times; for inductive or capacitive load, load current can be selected by 3-5 times; motor can be selected by more than 5 times.)

    2. According to the relationship between load current and ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the cooling condition is not good. The current capacity should be increased. In order to prevent short-circuit of the load during use, it is required to connect the corresponding quick-break switch or fast-fuse in the load circuit in series with the product.

    3. When the inductive load is applied, the pressure sensitive resistor should be connected to the transmission trunk side by side to prevent damage to the thyristor during overvoltage. Selection of varistor (M0V): 430-470V for 240V and 680-750V for 440V.

    4. During installation, it is required that the surface between the radiator and the contact surface of the product be flat and clean, and evenly coated with a layer of heat conducting silicone, and finally the screws with flat washer and spring washer are tightened and fixed symmetrically.

    5. When the solid state relay is down for the first time, tighten the fixing screw while it still has the remaining temperature so that the solid state relay soleplate and the radiator surface can contact closely to achieve the ideal cooling effect.

    6. The nominal current of different types of solid state relays is the nominal current at 40℃, so heat dissipation should be sufficient!
