I. Overview
MB8AO +8the analog output module can output 8 analog signals of 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, ± 5V and ± 10V, the output signals of each channel can be configured separately, which is very suitable for industrial sites with complex signal specifications; 8 analog output channels can be controlled through the isolation RS485 interface; The module adopts Modbus-RTU communication, it can be directly adapted to PLC, DCS and various domestic configuration software, etc.
Signal output and power supply are isolated from RS485 communication electrical signals, which effectively suppress all kinds of serial mode and common mode interference, ensure the degree of data and ensure the reliable operation of the module at the same time.

4. Module indicator light and switch function description
1) module indicator light description
A. POW/SET;module working status refersshown
B.green light: The module is working in the running state.
C.Red light: If the configuration parameters of the module have been written, the module will automatically reset.
2)TXD/RXD:communication status indication
A.Green light shining: Communication receives data
B. red light is flashing: The module is sending data
C.green light Chang Liang: the communication RS485 line connected to DATA + and DATA-is connected reversely or the wiring is disconnected.
5.Reset switch on the right side of module
1)when the communication parameters (module address, baud rate, parity) are not known or the communication parameters are incorrectly set, the connection with the module communication cannot be established, the solution is to reset the communication parameters; we press and hold the reset switch with the pin and do not let it go. After 5 seconds, the red indicator light of the module [POW/SET] will be on and the reset switch will be let go. At this time, the communication parameters will be reset automatically.
2)Communication parameters after reset: Address: 1, baud rate: 9600bps, parity bit: none.
