    Type:Logic ICs
    Model Number:8 channel
    Product description:

This product is resistant to high temperatures and can operate from -40 degrees to plus 85 degrees. Super anti-interference ability, can be connected to external high-current AC contactor and relay, will not crash under strong electromagnetic interference. The true 100M speed enables reliable communication with zero delay commands. Industrial grade products. Support for automatic IP acquisition. Support 10 TCP client connections under the TCP server. Through the provided configuration software, you can configure five working modes: TCP server, TCP client, UDP server, UDP client, DNS domain name. With an RS485 port, it supports Ethernet to RS485 transparent transmission. 8-way relay, 8-channel digital input with full-open and full-off input. With power-down save function (save relay status).

    Electrical parameters:

Power supply DC 7-24 volts, DC seat or terminal input power supply, DC connector size 5.5-2.1MM (outer diameter - inner diameter).
The board operates over a temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius.
8 independent relay outputs, the output does not have voltage. The single relay has a DC rating of 10A, an AC rated current of 10A, a maximum AC rating of 250V, and a maximum DC rating of 30V.
10 channels of independent input. IN9 means full open. After IN9 has digital input, all relays are closed. IN10 means full off. When IN10 has input, all relays are closed. The 8-input user of IN1-IN8 can be configured into three different working modes through the configuration parameter tool, and is selected under the “Input Mode” of the configuration tool. In the "normal input" mode, the ordinary input signal is acquired. To obtain the input status, a command to read the input status is sent to the device. "Trigger Relay" mode, after this mode has input, the corresponding relay state is reversed, and the IN1-IN8 control corresponds to the 1-8 relay. Active Upload mode, which actively sends an input status to the network connected to the device when there is a change in the input.
The device has an RS485 interface. It can be controlled by RS485 equipment from other manufacturers. It can realize the transparent transmission of network data to RS485 data. The baud rate is 300-115200 configurable. When parity is used, the data bit must be configured to 9 bits. The serial port parameters are configured through the configuration tool.
The device has a power-down save function that saves the status of the relay and can be configured through the configuration tool.
Reset the configuration. The silkscreen label RESET position is the factory reset button.
    Introduction to working mode:

The working mode is configured with the provided configuration software.

    1, TCP server

In this mode, the device can only be connected through the TCP client and supports the connection of 10 TCP clients.

    2, TCP client

In this mode, the device actively connects to the TCP server (remote IP and remote port number are parameters for device connection). Only one server can be connected.

    3, UDP server

In this mode, any UDP communication is supported.

    4, UDP client

In this mode, only UDP communication is supported for remote IP and remote port number (configuration software settings).

    5, DNS domain name

In this mode, the device connects to the TCP server (the port is the remote port) that binds the domain name with a TCP client.

    High-speed communication:

High-speed communication, the computer does not have to wait for the device to send data, and the device can handle it. Working under the TCP server, the device supports 10 TCP clients to continuously send data. Network chips that are not SPI ports are comparable to chips such as ENC28J60 and W5500. The real 100M network port.

    Command explanation:

The above commands are sent and received in characters. There is no carriage return after the command, no spaces. To be hexadecimal, you need to check the ASCII code table to convert itself.

    Get device name

    Send: name

    Return: name="HHC-N8I8OP"

The HHC-N8I8OP is the device name and can be configured using the configuration tool.

    Control 1 relay

    Send: on1

    Return: on1

    Turn off the first relay

    Send: off1

    Return: off1

The command format is on and off followed by the relay channel, and the 2-8 control is the same as above.

    Control all relays

    Send: all00000011

    Return: relay00000011

All is to control all relay commands, the latter 8 channels control, 1 means pull-in, 0 means to loosen the above command to indicate that the first road is connected with the second road, and the third road is released. After this instruction is executed, it returns to the state of the relay. The status information of the relay is the same as the information returned by the read command.

    Delay control

For example, if you want the relay to pick up and then release it for 2 seconds, you can send the following command.

    Send: on1:02

    Return: on1

The above command indicates that the relay is released after 2 seconds of pull-in, on1: indicates the relay to be controlled, followed by the delay time, maximum 99 seconds, for example, on2:12 means that the second relay is released after 12 seconds of pull-in. The other 2-8 controls are the same as above.

    Read relay status

    Send: read

Return: relay00000001 (represents the status of the 8-way relay, 1 means the relay is closed, 0 means that if the device is released, the above indicates that the first relay is closed, and the 2-8 relay is released)

    Reading switch

    Send: input

    Return: input00000001

Input followed by 00000001, 1 means there is a digital input, 0 means no switching input, indicating the input state of the 8-way switch, the above command indicates that the first circuit has a digital input, and the second one has no digital input. The 9th and 10th switch is used to control the full open and close of the relay and cannot be read. The input is configured in the “active upload” mode, and the above return information is automatically sent when the switch input changes.
