    1Product overview

    The enhanced 8-channel temperature
    isolation acquisition module with isolation between HY8TC+ channels is a
    universal remote I/O product in the automation system. It supports 7 types of
    thermocouple signals such as J, K, T, E, R, S, and B. Each The channel can
    independently set the thermocouple type, and realize the isolated collection of
    8 channels of temperature through the RS485 communication interface.

    This module is a full industrial
    design. It not only uses magnetic isolation technology to achieve electrical
    isolation between the power supply, sensor input, and communication interface,
    but also achieves 400V isolation between 8 channels, effectively suppressing
    various serial mode and common mode interference in industrial sites , To
    ensure work reliability and data accuracy. The built-in high-precision digital
    cold junction temperature sensor and the use of accurate cold junction
    compensation algorithms ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement. The
    RS485 communication interface implements the MODBUS RTU communication protocol,
    which can be directly connected to various PLCs, DCS systems, man-machine
    screens and various configuration software.

    Restore factory settings


    The product has the terminal cfg/int of factory configuration for forced recovery communication parameters.


    When the communication parameters are forgotten or the communication parameters are changed by mistake, the ex factory configuration of communication parameters can be forced to be restored by using the terminal cfg/int, except for the configuration software to expand the search scope


    The methods and steps are as follows:


    (1) Ensure that the module has cut off the power supply;


    (2) Short (connect) the int terminal (terminal 6) to the VIN terminal (terminal 10)


    (3) The module is powered on, and the module power lamp will flash slowly twice and then it will be fast flash;


    (4) Turn off the power supply and remove the short wiring;


    (5) The module is powered on, and the communication parameters of the module are restored to the default factory configuration

    Main parameter configuration protection


    The main parameters of the module are protected against error writing by hardware;


    Only if the cfg/nt terminal is linked to vin+, the communication parameters can be modified and set, which can effectively prevent the external error from writing and modifying the communication parameters.


    Warning: short circuit will not perform the above operation without power failure of the module, and it may cause permanent damage to the module!
