Items of attention to the selection of products:
When choosing a product, there should be different allowance on the current grade depending on the nature of the load. The resistive load can be selected by 2-3 times load current. When the load is inductive or capacitive, it can be selected by 3-5 times load current.
According to the relationship between load current and ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is higher or the heat dissipation condition is not good enough. The current capacity should be increased. In order to prevent short-circuit of load in use, it is required to connect a fast breaker switch or a fast fuse in series with the corresponding product in the load circuit.
When inductive load is applied, it should be connected to the output terminal and varistors to prevent damage to thyristors when overvoltage is applied. The selection of varistors (MOV): when 240V is selected, 430-470V is selected, when 440V is selected, 680-750V is selected, and 1100-1200V is selected when 660V files are selected.
When installing, the radiator and the contact surface of the product must be smooth and clean, and a layer of heat conductive silicone grease is evenly coated on the surface of the radiator. Finally, the screw of the flat washer and spring washer is tightened and fixed.
When the solid state relay works for the first time, the fixed screw should be tightened before its remaining temperature, so that the surface of the solid state relay floor and the radiator surface can be contacted closely to achieve the best heat dissipation effect.
* the nominal current of different types of solid state relay is the nominal current at ambient temperature of 40 degrees, so the heat dissipation should be sufficient!!
