    Current capacity selection

    ①?For resistive load, the current rating of the SSR should be greater than or equal to 2 times the rated current of the load.

    ②When the load is an AC motor, the current rating of the SSR must be greater than or equal to 6-7 times the rated motor current.

    ③When the AC electromagnet, intermediate relay line protection, and inductor coil are loaded, the current rating of the SSR should be greater than or equal to 4 times the rated current of the load.

    ④For power compensation capacitors, the current rating of the SSR must be greater than 5 times the rated current of the load.

    ⑤The transformer is required to be greater than or equal to 5 times the primary rated current of the transformer. For special inductive and capacitive loads, the current margin of the SSR must be amplified according to actual experience.

When the control terminal CON changes from 0-5V, the voltage on the AC load is adjustable from 0 volts to the maximum value (for resistive loads). Where CON is in the fully closed region at 0-0.75V, the output of the module is reliably turned off; CON is adjustable in the range of 0.75V-4.75V, that is, the conduction angle α is from 150 as the control voltage increases. The linearity decreases from ° to 0°, and the voltage on the AC load increases from tens of volts to the maximum value; when CON is about 4.75V-5V, it is the fully open region, and the voltage on the AC load is the maximum value.3. The input impedance of the E, F, and H series CON to COM is greater than 30KΩ, and the input impedance of the G series CON to COM is 250Ω. The +5V voltage signal is only available to the manual potentiometer. It is not used for it. The potentiometer used is between 2-10KΩ.4. The speed regulation of single-phase AC asynchronous motor should generally adopt frequency converter. Only soft characteristic load such as fan and pump motor, or torque motor can be adjusted by voltage regulation.5. Three single-phase voltage regulator modules cannot be used to regulate three-phase loads on a three-phase power grid (see three-phase voltage regulation).6. The insulation voltage between the weak current part, the strong electric part and the module bottom plate is greater than 2000VAC.7. The heat output of the whole module is calculated by the actual current amperage of the load by 1.5 watts/ampere. The radiator can be selected with E-40, F-70, F-100 and G series.8. If the load has high linearity and voltage regulation requirements, please increase the voltage negative feedback module.
