Product description: fully isolated single-phase AC voltage regulating module (DTY for short) is a combination of synchronous transformer, phase detection circuit, phase shift trigger circuit and output silicon controlled rectifier. When the control voltage is changed, the trigger phase angle of the output silicon controlled rectifier can be changed, that is, the voltage regulation of single-phase alternating current can be realized. According to the different output silicon controlled rectifier devices, it can be divided into three types: the ordinary type of a bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier, the enhanced type of two unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier in reverse parallel and the half-wave type of a unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier. According to the rated voltage of single-phase AC load, it is divided into 220V and 380V, and according to different control signals, it is divided into four categories, E, F, G and H, and the specification and model table.
?1. If the voltage applied to the load through ① ② is inconsistent with the voltage applied to ③ ④, please declare the voltage sizes of the two. Our company can customize them for users, but the two phases must be the same, and ③ ④ must be 220VAC or 380VAC, 50Hz voltage level. There is no polarity between ① ② and ③ ④. For example, if the rated voltage of a certain load is 36VAC (220V power grid is depressurized by transformer) and 75A single-phase voltage regulating module is selected, the module of model TY-H36D75P-220 can be customized to our company, among them, ① ② pin and load are connected in series to 36V power grid, ③ ④ pin is connected to 220V power grid. 2. CON must be positive to COM. If the polarity is opposite, the output terminal will be out of control (fully open or fully closed). When the control CON changes from 0 to 5V, the voltage on the AC load can be adjusted from 0V to the maximum value (for resistive load). Where CON is 0-0. When it is about 75V, it is the fully closed area, and the output of the module is reliably closed; If CON is about 0.75V-4.75V, it is the adjustable area, that is, with the increase of the control voltage, the conduction angle α decreases linearly from 150 ° to 0 °, and the voltage on the AC load increases from tens of volts to the maximum value; CON is the fully open area when it is about 4.75V-5V, the voltage on the AC load is the maximum.
3. The input impedance of E, F and H series CON to COM is greater than 30KΩ, and the input impedance of G series CON to COM is 250Ω. +5V voltage signal is only provided for manual potentiometer, not for other use, the resistance value of the selected potentiometer is between 2-10KΩ.
4. The speed regulation of single-phase AC asynchronous motor usually should adopt frequency converter. Only soft characteristic loads such as fans and pump motors, or torque motors can be realized through voltage regulation.
5. Three single-phase voltage regulating modules cannot be used to regulate the voltage of three-phase load on three-phase electric network (see Three-phase voltage regulating).
6. The insulation voltage between the weak current part, the strong current part and the module baseplate is greater than 2000VAC.
7. The calorific value of the whole module is calculated by multiplying the actual current ampere of the load by 1.5W/Ampere. The radiator can be E -40, F-70, F-100 and G series.
8. Please refer to single-phase AC solid-state relay for matters needing attention such as the selection and protection of current grade.
9. If the load has high requirements on voltage regulation linearity and voltage regulation, please add a negative voltage feedback module.
