    About the material of iron core (27JG130 is 0.27 pieces thick)


    The difference between good and bad iron cores of power transformers is mainly determined by the intensity of magnetic induction, but there are usually several common mistakes:


    1. The better the material of the iron core, the better the quality of the power supply:


    The quality of a qualified transformer does not depend on whether the iron core material is good or bad. If the iron core with low magnetic induction strength is used, the magnetic induction strength of the iron core should be reduced in the design, which brings disadvantages, such as more copper wires are used, or the transformer is relatively large. For example, if a 150W power transformer uses H12 (non oriented single piece 0.35 thick) iron core, it may be 96 pieces with a stack thickness of 55mm, but if it is made of 27JG130 (commonly known as Z10 single piece 0.27mm thick) with better material, it only needs 96 pieces with a stack thickness of 50.


    The conclusion is that the iron core with better material saves copper wire and iron core. Therefore, do not generalize the quality of transformer based on the quality of iron core.


    2. Z11 iron core must be a high-grade iron core:


    Z11 is the code of oriented iron core in the early 1980s and 1990s, represented by oriented iron core, with a sheet thickness of 0.35, which has been a long time ago, but there is no such iron core. There are also second-hand iron cores from some old transformers. As for the second-hand iron cores, due to the different disassembling processes and the same batch of iron cores are removed from numerous second-hand transformers of the same size, the consistency can not be achieved in terms of both appearance and index parameters, so there is no guarantee in terms of performance, so our store does not have such iron cores. It is also not recommended to use such cores.


    About the temperature of transformer in use


    The temperature of the power transformer when it is used is closely related to the ambient temperature, load depth, overload operation, etc. The temperature rise of the transformer in our shop is about 10-30 ℃ when it is not overloaded.






    About the tube blue light:
