    When the internal bus voltage of the module exceeds the over/under voltage protection point, the module will automatically shut down for protection, the module has no output, and the protection indicator (yellow light) on the module panel is on.

    When PFC input overvoltage protection occurs, an alarm signal is reported on the module to the monitoring module for corresponding processing.

    5. Fan failure protection

    When the fan fails, the module will generate a fan failure alarm, the fault indicator (red light) on the panel of the module flashes, the module shuts down, and there is no voltage output. After the fault is eliminated, it can automatically return to normal operation.

    When a fault event occurs, an alarm signal is reported on the module to the monitoring module for corresponding processing.

    6. Short circuit protection

    The rectifier module adopts the constant current protection mode. In the case of output short-circuit, the output current of the module remains constant, the current is ≤33A, which effectively protects itself and external equipment; when the short-circuit fault disappears, the module automatically resumes work.

    7. Unbalanced output current

    When multiple rectifier modules are used in parallel in the system, the module with large current sharing error can be automatically identified, and the protection indicator (yellow light) on the module panel will light up;

    When the average current of the module on the system is greater than 6A and the current of the module is less than 1A, it is judged as a serious uneven current fault and the red light is on; when there are two or more modules with the same ID on the same system, the red light is on.

    If the module output current is seriously unbalanced, the current sharing error is greater than 5A and the module with no output can be automatically identified, and the fault indicator (red light) on the module panel will be lit.

    After the fault is eliminated, it can automatically return to normal operation.

    8. Background communication interrupted

    After the communication interruption of the module, the protection indicator (yellow light) on the panel of the module flashes. When the module communication is restored, the protection indicator (yellow light) on the module panel returns to normal. When the module communication is normal, the module automatically resumes work.

    In order to protect the battery, when the module communication fails, the output voltage of the module changes to 53.5V (different voltages can be preset according to actual needs)
