HY12DIF 12-channel switching isolation input and output
module with low-speed frequency measurement, counting and shaft encoder
functions is a universal remote I/O product in automation systems, with
multiple switching signal acquisition, low-speed frequency measurement,
counting and shaft encoding Real-time collection of input signals through RS485
communication interface and other functions.
This module is a full industrial design with three-terminal
isolation, that is, the power supply, switch input, and RS485 communication
interface are electrically isolated from each other, effectively suppressing
various serial mode and common mode interference in industrial sites, ensuring
work reliability and data Accuracy. The RS485 communication interface
implements the MODBUS RTU protocol and can be directly connected to various
PLCs, DCS systems, man-machine screens and various configuration software.
There are many options for the input signal format of
HY12DIF. In terms of input signal type, it can support external NPN type sensor
and PNP type sensor. In the input signal voltage level, 24V, 12V, 5V levels can
be selected, and even 200~1000Hz frequency analog quantity, 0,5mA or 1,5mA
current type switching signal, etc. commonly used in the coal industry.
In addition, DI0-DI7 channels also have the functions of
low-frequency frequency measurement (speed measurement), counter and shaft encoder,
which can be connected to 8 pulse signals for frequency (speed) measurement and
counting, or 4 shaft encoders for speed measurement and Measurement of rotation
angle.
