How to use the mechanical transmission model

This instrument needs to be equipped with a DC power supply (please bring your own DC power supply). After the instrument is placed horizontally on the table, insert one end of the connecting wire with a plug attached to the instrument into the power socket of the instrument, and the other end is connected to the DC output end of the power supply, adjust the power supply voltage to DC6V, turn on the power supply, and the instrument will enter the working state. Adjusting the power supply voltage can change the running speed of the instrument, and changing the polarity of the power supply can change the rotation direction of the instrument.

Notes on Mechanical Transmission Models

Before use, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or sewing machine oil to the shafts at both ends of the vortex rod and the sunken part of the writing wheel of the vortex rod to reduce the noise caused by friction.

Do not make the instrument work under the voltage above DC9V, otherwise it will damage the motor and accelerate the wear of various parts.

The instrument should avoid collision and falling, and should be placed in a cool and dry place when not in use. If the fixing screws are found to be loose, please tighten them in time.

Main parts size:

Belt drive: the size of the large pulley is φ60×10mm, and the size of the small pulley is φ14×10mm;

Chain drive: sprocket size is φ80×8mm; gear drive: large gear size is φ95×10mm, 30 teeth, and pinion size is φ65×10mm, 20 teeth;

Turbine and worm drive: the size of the turbine is φ50×8mm, the number of teeth is 50, and the number of worm heads is 25;

Friction wheel transmission: The size of the large friction wheel is φ64×10mm, and the size of the small friction wheel is φ23×12mm.

This product weighs about 2kg, the base is made of engineering plastic, the gear is made of engineering plastic, and the chain is made of metal.
