HY624M integrated isolation input and output module is a universal remote I/O product in automation systems, with 6 switching signal inputs, 2 relay contact outputs, and 4 analog signal inputs. The 6 switching signal inputs all have low-frequency frequency measurement (speed measurement) and counter functions, and can also be combined to realize 3 shaft encoder inputs (two low speed and one high speed) to realize the function of frequency measurement and counting and shaft encoder with direction.

4 analog signal inputs are compatible with 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10V and other signal formats.

The module realizes the collection of the input signal and the control of the switch output through the RS485 communication interface.

Full industrial design, five-terminal isolation, that is, power supply, switch input, switch output, analog input, and RS485 communication interface are electrically isolated from each other, effectively suppressing various serial mode and common mode interferences in the industrial field, ensuring work reliability and data Accuracy.

The RS485 communication interface implements the MODBUS RTU protocol and can be directly connected to various PLCs, DCS systems, man-machine screens and various configuration software.
