Charge current regulation
How much current the battery can charge , we must first understand what the charge and discharge rate is, in C;
Charging rate = charging current ÷ battery capacity
Usually our lithium batteries can withstand a charging rate of 0.5C, and some high-rate cells can withstand 1C charging; for example, calculating the current of a 60AH battery with standard 0.5C charging is:
Charging current = capacity X rate = 60X0.5=30A.
So 60AH lithium battery can withstand 30A current charging.
The formula for calculating battery charging time:
Charging time = capacity ÷ charging current = 60AH÷30A=2H

Note: Multiply the capacity by the charging rate at how much current the battery can withstand, and do not charge more than the maximum charging rate. Otherwise, the battery life will be reduced.




Common problem
①How come the voltage regulation has not changed?
Answer: The voltage knob is turned counterclockwise seven or eight times and it will come down.
②How can the casing leak electricity?
