Product description: This is a new three-phase AC solid state relay, and also a simple power regulator. This product is a three-pole, single-throw normally open structure. It uses a single input control terminal to switch on or off the three-phase load and control the voltage. It can easily control three-phase AC motors, heaters and other three-phase loads. The input and output of this product are photoelectrically isolated, built-in RC absorption circuit, in addition to reliable work, long life, no noise, no sparks, no interference, and small size, impact resistance, vibration resistance, explosion-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, energy and TTL logic The circuit is compatible and can directly drive large current loads with small control signals and other common performance features, as well as the following intelligent features:
1. After the ordinary solid state is turned on due to the driving signal, the voltage on the load reaches the maximum value in just 5ms, and the impulse current is still quite large. The new solid-state built-in slow-start function, after the drive signal is triggered and turned on, the voltage on the load slowly rises to the maximum after about 500ms, which effectively reduces the current impact and extends the life of the load.
2. A variety of signal compatible design, which can be controlled by the common 8-32V DC signal, and can also be triggered by the extremely wide 100V-420V~ AC signal to trigger the relay to turn on, eliminating the conversion circuit, which is convenient for different users. .
3. This product can manually adjust the output voltage of the relay with a 10K potentiometer. It can be used as a simple three-phase voltage regulating module and can be used for power adjustment of resistive loads such as electric heaters and electric furnaces.
4. The relay has a built-in three-phase power loss detection circuit. If the AC input R, S, T three have a phase loss failure, the relay protection circuit will act and stop the output. As long as the phase failure is eliminated, the product can immediately restore output.
5. Built-in radiator temperature detection circuit. When the radiator temperature is lower than 40℃, the fan will not start, which greatly prolongs the service life of the fan. If the temperature of the radiator is higher than 40℃, the cooling fan will automatically adjust and rotate. The higher the temperature, the faster the speed, which realizes intelligent control. If the radiator temperature is higher than 75°C due to load overcurrent, poor ventilation of the electric control cabinet, etc., the fault protection indicator will be on and the whole machine will stop output.
6. Each function of the relay has LED indicators, and the working status is displayed intuitively.
Wiring diagram:

Function instruction: ▲ When the relay is controlled by a common 8-32V DC signal, connect the positive pole to ③ and the negative pole to ④.
▲ When the relay is controlled by AC signal, 100V-420V~AC can be directly connected to ①②.
The terminal ⑤⑥ pin is temporarily vacant and reserved for reserved function.
▲ Connect the 10K potentiometer to the three terminals ⑦⑧⑨ to adjust the output voltage, and connect the switch K to the ⑨ terminal to control output or no output. Note that this potentiometer is not isolated.
◆ Terminals (15) (16) (17) are the input terminals of the three-phase 380V heavy current main circuit, and there is no phase sequence requirement.
