Automatic control The product automatically controls the internal relays by monitoring the voltage of the primary and secondary batteries.
When the voltage of any battery reaches the switch-on voltage point (13.4V) of the separator (for example, after the car is started, the generator has output or external charging is applied), the separator is turned on, the main and auxiliary batteries are in parallel state, and they are charged at the same time.
When the battery voltage is lower than the disconnection voltage point (12.8V) of the separator (such as the car is turned off or idling or the secondary battery is quickly discharged with high power), the separator is disconnected, the main and secondary batteries are separated and each form an independent power circuit. Will not form a "connector" power consumption.

Auxiliary start function When the main battery is short of electricity, manual intervention can be used to force the product to conduct, and the main and auxiliary batteries can be connected in parallel, so that the auxiliary battery can supply power to the main battery for emergency auxiliary start.
The auxiliary start function has two operation modes:
1. Directly press the auxiliary automatic reset switch on the panel;
2. Connect the equipped remote line and press the line control switch.
Each time the switch is pressed, the product works for 30 seconds.
When the auxiliary start is working, the corresponding indicator will light up.


Please refer to the connection diagram below for installation
1. Connect the separator "main battery +" stud to the positive pole of the auxiliary battery;
2. Connect the separator "auxiliary battery +" stud to the positive pole of the auxiliary battery;
.3 Connect the "negative/grounding" small black wire of the separator to the car body or to the positive pole of the main battery.
4. Connect the interface end of the equipped remote control cable to the "remote control" port of the splitter, and place the other end at a convenient location for operation. (This step is optional and can be omitted)
5. Fix the mounting edge of the separator radiator firmly with screws.
Precautions 1. The installation location should be ventilated and dry, as close as possible to the main battery, but not close to heat sources, rotating parts or exhaust ports;
2. A 150A fuse or circuit breaker must be connected in series as required;
3. The wire size should not be less than AWG4 or 20mm², and the longer the wire, the larger the corresponding wire conductor cross-sectional area.
