Built-in potentiometer, 10-turn potentiometer adjustment



The power supply has the following characteristics after modification:
1. Use 1.5 square meters for the input line, and a plug line for the output, with a length of 1 meter 12AWG (3.5 square meters)
Soft silicone. The 50A output output line is 1 meter long and 10AWG (5.5 square)
In order to ensure accuracy and service life, the external adjustment potentiometer adopts imported 3590S
Multi-turn potentiometers, small flat-head screwdrivers use good quality 10-turn potentiometers.
2. Try to choose a socket with a ground wire. Because the charging socket is only connected to 2 wires when going out, there is no ground wire.
Try not to touch the shell with your hands to prevent electric shock. For safety, the voltage and current adjustments are made of plastic knobs.
3. The power supply has a slow start function, and the voltage will rise and stabilize after 10 seconds.

Set before the power is connected to the load
1. Set the voltage
2. Set current
3. Connect the load
1. Adjust the voltage
The current potentiometer is turned to the right to the maximum, 220V alternating current is connected, the power starts slowly, and the start is completed after 15 seconds.
Adjust the voltage potentiometer to the voltage value you need (in this case 120V)
Do not connect the load when adjusting the voltage
2. Adjust the current
Unplug the 220V AC power plug and no power, short-circuit the positive and negative poles of the power supply and adjust the current potentiometer to the right to the maximum, and then turn on the 220V AC.
Slow start of power supply (At this time, the voltage star shows 0V and the current shows the maximum value)
Adjust the current potentiometer to the current value you need.
3. Connect the load
Disconnect the short wire, connect the output to the load, and connect to 220V AC
