    III. Product Description

    LMX2595 high-performance broadband synthesizer can generate any frequency in the range of 10MHz to 20GHz. The integrated douger is used to generate frequencies above 15GHz. The high-performance BMP and high-phase detector frequency with a quality factor of-236char/Hz can realize very low in-band noise and integrated jitter. The high-speed N-divider has no predivider, thus significantly reducing the stray amplitude and quantity. There is also a programmable input multiplier that can reduce the scattering of integer boundaries.

    LMX2595 allows the user to synchronize the output of multiple devices and can be applied when a delay is determined between the input and output. The frequency Ramp generator can synthesize up to 2 slopes in the automatic slope generation option or manual option to achieve flexibility. The frequency can be accelerated to more than 20s s through the fast calibration algorithm. LMX2595 adds a low noise clock source for high-speed data converters for generating or repeating SYSREF (conforming to JESD204B standard). Fine delay adjustment (9ps resolution) is introduced in this configuration to solve the delay difference of trace lines.

    The output driver in LMX2595 extracts output power up to 7dBm at a carrier frequency of 15GHz. The device uses a single 3.3V power supply and has an integrated LDO without on-board low noise LDO.
