I. Overview:
The XKC-C352 high and low level controller can be used with the XCK-Y25 non-contact liquid level sensor. It can also be used with other liquid level sensors such as float balls to achieve low liquid level alarms generated by the liquid level sensor when the liquid level of the container is too low. When the signal is sent, the pump automatically starts to add the liquid level. When the liquid level reaches a certain height, the high liquid level sensor sends a signal to automatically stop the pump operation, thereby realizing the automatic control of the liquid level of the container. The controller self-checking protection ability with pump air pump stop detection, high level overflow detection, pumping timeout detection; control diversification can be manual mode control water pump, automatic mode control water pump; multiple output modes, one load output control power is high Up to 1600W, one-way alarm output control up to 800W, relay normally open output, can also exchange 110V or 220V output. Fourth, the basic function introduction:
1. Automatic water level control: The water level is lower than the low level induction probe, the water pump is automatically started, the water level rises to a high level, and the water pump is automatically turned off.
2. Idle idle delay pump: If there is no water in the water supply pipe after startup, the pump will be turned off after 3~5 minutes. During the pumping process, if the water flow is interrupted for more than 3 seconds, the pump is immediately turned off.
3. Automatically track the water source: start the pump every two hours after the pump is stopped, until the water is full.
4. Manual automatic switching: The controller will enter the automatic working mode by default. Press the K1 key to switch the working mode. The red light is in the automatic mode and the red light is in the manual mode.
5. Non-contact induction probe: It adopts non-contact capacitive sensing technology and special induction control chip design. The probe has durability, strong anti-interference ability, sensitive sensitivity, no contact with liquid, corrosion resistance, safety, environmental protection and pollution-free.
