Sound principle The high-voltage breakdown air induced by the transformer secondary makes the air temperature extremely high and plasmaizes. When the air temperature at the discharge end rises sharply, the air expands to the surroundings, squeezing the oscillating surrounding air to produce sound. Through audio modulation, the chip generates a square wave signal whose frequency or duty cycle changes with the music, and drives the switching tube of the subsequent stage (usually a field effect tube) to turn on and off, and the primary of the high-voltage package accordingly flows through and changes regularly. A high-voltage arc is induced in the secondary coil of the high-voltage package. The air heated by the arc makes a sound with the vibration of the audio signal.

Plasma speaker instructions 1. If only the blue light is on and there is no arc after power-on, please fine-tune the middle part of the discharge wire to about 5mm gap

Problems you may encounter: 1. Suddenly no arc
Solution: restart the speaker, or cut off the power again to adjust the discharge electrode.
2. The radiator is hot
Solution: This is normal, the radiator may reach 60-70 degrees during work, but you don’t need to worry, it can work continuously for more than 24 hours.
3. There is a little smell around the speaker at work
Solution: This is the smell of ozone. When the arc penetrates the air, a chemical reaction will generate ozone, but you can rest assured that only a small amount of ozone will be produced. A small amount of ozone can purify the air and benefit your body, but we still recommend that you use it in a ventilated environment , So as to avoid excessive accumulation of ozone.
4. Bluetooth suddenly fails to connect
Solution: restart the speaker, or delete the Bluetooth connection record in the phone, and reconnect again.
