    Simple troubleshooting (100% test before leaving the factory)


    1. The power indicator does not light, and the power supply 12VDC may not be supplied


    2. Trigger the G pin without output, first confirm whether the load is connected, it is impossible to test if the load is not connected, this board is based on the principle of phase shifting, and it will not work if there is no loop. If you want to debug: you can connect a 100W ordinary light bulb and do it Small load debugging.


    3. The output of analog signal (4-20MA, 0-10V, 1-5V) is not adjustable. First confirm whether the load is connected. You can't try without the load. You can use the 10K potentiometer to debug manually, and check after it is normal. Is it an analog signal source?


    4. The thyristor is not output. Make sure that the other wires are connected properly. Check whether K1 G1 K2 G2 L1 L2 is connected incorrectly. Note that GK cannot be reversed. L1 L2 is the synchronous detection line, regardless of the fire zero line.
