    Electronic pressure switch

    This series of pressure switches is an intelligent digital pressure measurement and control product integrating pressure measurement, display, output and control. The product is an all-electronic structure. The front end adopts an oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with an isolation diaphragm or a ceramic piezoresistive sensor. The output signal is amplified and processed by a high-precision, low-temperature drift amplifier, and sent to a high-precision A/D converter for conversion. The digital signal can be processed by the microprocessor, and the signal processed by the operation controls the two-way switch to measure and control the pressure of the control system. The pressure switch is flexible, easy to operate, easy to debug, safe and reliable. It is widely used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic and other industries to measure, display and control the pressure of fluid media.

The electronic pressure switch can be directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint (DIN3582 external thread M20*1.5) (other size joints need to be communicated with the seller). In critical applications such as severe vibration or shock, pressure fittings can be mechanically decoupled via micro-hose.

    In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be noted:

    ●Use shielded wire

    If installed with a micro hose, the housing must be grounded separately

    ● Try to avoid direct access to the wiring of user equipment or electrical and electronic equipment causing interference




    ? ? ? The electronic pressure switch has two switches (PNP type) output. Each switch output can set a pressure switch point and an opening delay value. The corresponding output switches when the pull-in value of the switch point is reached and reverts when the pressure drops below the release value.

    AL1H is the pull-in value of switch 1 (when the pressure reaches this point, the pull-in light will be on)

    AL1L is the release value of switch 1 (when the pressure reaches this point, it will be disconnected and the indicator light will be off)

    AL1D This value is the action delay of switch 1 (the number of seconds you must wait before switching)

    AL2H is the pull-in value of switch 2 (when the pressure reaches this point, the pull-in light will be on)

    AL2L is the release value of switch 2 (when the pressure reaches this point, it will be disconnected and the indicator light will be off)

    AL2D This value is the action delay of switch 2 (the number of seconds that must wait before switching)

    Note: The switch point is determined by the configuration of the pull-in value and the release value. When the pull-in value is greater than the release value, it is the upper limit alarm output (normally open function), and when the pull-in value is less than the release value, it is the lower limit alarm output (normally closed function). The difference between the value and the release value is the hysteresis of the switching point.

    For example: to set switch point 1 as the upper limit alarm output (normally open function) at 4Mpa, and when it is less than 3.95Mpa to disconnect, the switching delay is 3 seconds to act; switch point 2 is the lower limit alarm output (normally closed function) at 10Mpa Disconnect, the suction is lower than 9.95Mpa, and the switching delay is 10 seconds:

    ●Press the "mode" key

    ●Display "L0CK" (prompt for password)

    ●Press the ▲ or ▼ key to enter the password "1",

    ●Press the "mode" key to confirm

    ●Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll up or down for menu selection (AL1H, AL1L, AL1D, AL2H, AL2L, AL2D, END)

    ●Press the "mode" key to enter the selected menu.

    ●Press the ▲ or ▼ key to change the setting

    ●Press the "mode" key to confirm, if necessary, use the ▲ or ▼ key to select other menus for modification.

    ●Select "END" menu after modification, press "mode" key to confirm save and exit

    ●If no key is pressed for 30 seconds, it will automatically exit the setting state, but the modified data will not be saved.

    Note: Press the mode key in the measurement state, it will display “LOCK” and prompt to enter the mode password, press the ▲ or ▼ key to input the password “1”, press the mode key to confirm and enter the menu, switch to use ▲ or ▼ to switch. The menu is a circular structure, which can be scrolled up and down. In the "END" menu, press the mode key to save and exit. The data can be viewed through the mode key, and the modification can be realized through the ▲ or ▼ key. To confirm, press the mode key again.
