Sample temperature transmitter
First, product introduction
The sample temperature transmitter has built-in multiple protections such as lightning protection, anti-reverse connection and over-current. It is imported from the US DALLAS and requires no calibration in the standard environment. The product is fully interchangeable and is used to accurately measure the sample temperature. The transmitter outputs 1 channel 4~20mA current signal or 0~2.5VDC, 0~5VDC, 0~10VDC voltage signal. Excellent linearity, excellent long-term stability, high reliability, wide measuring range, suitable for high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and low humidity environment applications. Optional LCD screen display measurement data, buzzer sound alarm prompt after the limit, alarm relay drive alarm device action after the limit.
This transmitter has a wide power supply range of 12~24VDC. It is widely used in indoor testing, medical fields, agricultural greenhouses, nursery flowers, animal husbandry, smart homes, factory buildings and other areas of the Internet of Things monitoring.

1, hardware preparation
1.1 DC power supply:
12~24VDC, above 100mA
2, hardware connection
Connect the test cable reserved by the transmitter to the test equipment correctly. Be careful not to connect the cable core.

Temperature = (mA - 4) * 180 / 16 - 55 = (mA - 4) * 11.25-55;

Five, matters needing attention
1, the transmitter comes standard without power supply!
2. The power supply voltage and output current used must meet the requirements and the smaller the ripple, the better, otherwise the product may be damaged or not working properly;
3. The transmission cable of the transmitter should not be worn with the same tube or with too much power. If there is strong power, it should be avoided. The transmission cable should be worn separately by a metal tube or away from the high-voltage cable. Do not cross or twist it. together;
4. When connecting the transmitter cable, be careful not to connect it incorrectly, otherwise it may burn internal components or fail to work normally;
5. Please use cable with shielding or armored national standard pure copper 0.5 square millimeters and above to improve transmission distance and stability;
6, the transmitter power supply voltage should not be lower than 12VDC, the highest should not be higher than 26VDC, otherwise it may lead to failure to work properly or load capacity drop;
