Embedded TCP/IP protocol serial server is RS232 to 485 serial port to Ethernet

The two-way conversion transmission device of TCP/IP protocol changes the traditional serial communication into network communication, realizing the rapid networking of serial devices. The converter adopts transparent transmission mode. Users do not need to know the complicated TCP/IP protocol, and can realize the network connection of the original serial device without changing the program, saving your precious time and existing investment. Its extremely low price can enhance your product's core competitiveness; simple and flexible configuration and high reliability can meet any demanding application, it is your ideal choice.

    1.2 Technical Specifications

    ● Interface: 10Base-T, RS232/485 (DB9 female)
    ● Protocol: TCP/UDP/IP/ICMP, Ethernet, ARP
    ● Serial port: 300bps – 115200bps
    ● Power: DC 5V 10%
HXAD is designed to be at a very low cost
We do not require users to be proficient in the TCP/IP protocol, and do not specify the frame format for serial transmission. Users can define any serial communication protocol. Therefore, the user can implement network communication without changing the existing serial communication program. Below we can simulate this application environment for related testing. Proceed as follows:
Configure two HXAD converters separately and set their remote IP addresses to the IP address of the other party.
(The two HXADs should be configured in the same LAN), that is, the remote port of the other party is set as required by the local end of the local machine. Connect two HXAD converters with crossover cables (also connected to different ports of the switch or HUB), and connect the serial ports to their respective PC serial ports (or between different serial ports of the same PC).
Open the HyperTerminal setting corresponding parameters to establish communication. Characters typed in one terminal will be displayed in another HyperTerminal.
