This HFSSTC in our shop is allowed to run for a long time, not the kind that can only run for a few minutes! Some sellers use a small heat sink for the purpose of reducing cost and size without a fan to assist heat dissipation, and reduce the overall power to reduce heat generation.
The power of our model can reach about 200W, and the overall design volume should be large. An 8cm fan is used to dissipate the overall circuit. Both the resonant coil and the secondary coil use C+ grade high temperature enameled wire, which will not turn black during long-term operation! The secondary coil bobbin uses a high-cost quartz bobbin! High temperature resistant to 1700℃! Don't worry about the skeleton burning out! The whole is an integrated design. We used a CNC machine tool to process the coil base, not a separate structure for the secondary coil! Because our secondary coil is resistant to high temperatures, it does not need to be independent!
Note: In order to facilitate the delivery and packaging, we will take the discharge end and package it separately for you. After you get it, you can wind the secondary coil wire on the discharge end. If the arc does not appear at the first start, please use a screwdriver. Just touch the discharge terminal with other metal objects. When the ambient temperature is too low, the arc may be small after starting, and the best state can be achieved after preheating for about 3 minutes!
