Product Features:
This is a protective type dedicated sensor in the threaded temperature and humidity sensor series. The sensor integrates the sensing element and signal processing to output a fully calibrated digital signal. The product has extremely high reliability and excellent long-term stability. The sensor includes a capacitive polymer moisture sensing element, a temperature measuring element made of energy gap material, and is seamlessly connected with a 14-bit A/D converter and a serial interface circuit on the same chip. Therefore, the product has the advantages of excellent quality, ultra-fast response, strong anti-interference ability, and extremely high cost performance. Each sensor chip is calibrated in an extremely accurate humidity chamber, and the calibration coefficients are stored in the OTP memory in the form of a program and used during the calibration process. The sensor calls these calibration coefficients in the process of detecting the signal. The two-wire serial interface and internal voltage regulation make peripheral system integration fast and easy. Small volume and low power consumption make it the first choice for various applications.
