3.3V 2.5V 1.8V USB To 4-channel TTL Module LC-FT4232-4 UART Serial Port Module Communication Rate Maximum 12Mbps
The excellent performance of FT4232HL is very suitable for high-demand industrial occasions. It realizes simultaneous communication with a single USB expansion 4 UART serial ports, independent of each other, without mutual influence, the computer displays 4 COM ports, and provides a maximum communication rate of 12Mbps.
Features:
1. VCC, TX, RX can all be switched to 5V/3.3/2.5V/1.8V
2. The DC5.5-2.1 interface can provide high current to power external devices
3. All four UARTs have TX/RX indicator to show the status
4. The four serial ports use XH2.54 interface
Hardware introduction and description:
Board size: 76*30mm
Weight: 14g
1. Instructions for use
Use a USB cable to connect the computer to the microusb interface on the board. After the computer is installed with the driver, you can see 4 COM ports appear. Use the short-circuit cap to select the desired VCC/TX/RX voltage on the TTL power selection interface to output The corresponding voltage.
The smallest value of the COM port corresponds to the first TTL interface, and the largest value corresponds to the fourth TTL interface (the value of the COM port is not fixed).
For a simple test, you can short-circuit TX/RX, and then use the host computer to send a message to see if there is any data echo.
2. Attention!
When the module is powered by USB, the load must not exceed 500mA, otherwise the module or the computer USB may be overloaded and damaged. If you only need to communicate, you only need to connect the three wires TX/RX/GND.
When the module needs to carry a load of more than 500mA, it can be connected to a 5V high-current power supply at the DC5.5-2.1 interface, and cannot be connected to a power supply of other voltages.
Linux/Mac does not have relevant debugging tools and technical support, please understand.
Please purchase USB cable and DuPont cable separately.
