    This is a mini ZVS kit, the package is very small and cannot be powered by ordinary batteries, it is recommended to use a high-power switching power supply, etc., the 5~12V power supply current should not be less than 5A! Please note that the power supply uses a high-power power supply, the power should be sufficient, the working voltage is less than 5V, and the current is less than 5A.


    The working voltage should not exceed 12V or less than 5V, it only refers to the voltage when the circuit works, not the output voltage of the power supply without load! More than 12V or less than 5V power supply, the circuit is prone to problems, the seller is not responsible!


    The 12V power supply pushes the high-voltage package, the power is about 60W, the MOS tube does not heat up, and there is no auxiliary heat dissipation. If it is used for induction heating, please do not work for a long time, after all, the power is limited and induction heating

    When heating, the primary coil heating is relatively large, pay attention to heat dissipation.


    After making sure all components are soldered correctly, the positive and negative poles of the power cord are not connected, after the load (heating coil, high voltage package), the power supply is connected again! No power no load!


    No-load power-on is easy to damage! No load is energized, 2 MOS tubes are easy to do immediately, and then the heat is burned!


    Maximum power 120W (12V induction heating) battery, battery, power supply must ensure that the working voltage is higher than 4.5V! Do not use batteries or batteries if you are not sure that the voltage is higher than 4.5V when operating! Do not use dry batteries!


    The width of the heating coil should be as high as 1/3~1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and the maximum should not exceed 2/3!


    The diameter of the object should be heated as much as possible within the control range of 20mm. If the heating is too large, it is difficult to heat up and the power is limited.


    In induction heating, the power supply can be cooled for 5 minutes in general. Because the induction heating current is relatively large, the coil heating is relatively large. When heated, some of the heat generated by the heated object is transferred to the heating coil. For a long time, the temperature of the heating coil was very high. If the heating coil is attached to the terminal, it will melt the plastic part of the terminal!
